Produced in the Jura region, Tomme aux 7 Fleurs (7 flowers) has a beautiful yellow hay paste. Supple and spangled by little holes, the rind is coated with a blend of 7 types of flowers blossoms and leaves: Rose, Corn flower, Mallow flower, Marigold, Safflower, Strawberry leaf and Trigonal, giving it its typicity and stunning look. Herbal, nutty, slightly acidic and milky, this Tomme will please everybody!
Store in the fridge, wrapped in cheese paper, and consume within a few days.
