Produced in the Jura region, Tomme aux 7 Fleurs (7 flowers) has a beautiful yellow hay paste. Supple and spangled by little holes, the rind is coated with a blend of 7 types of flowers blossoms and leaves: Rose, Corn flower, Mallow flower, Marigold, Safflower, Strawberry leaf and Trigonal; giving it its typicity and stunning look. Herbal, nutty, slightly acidic and milky, this Tomme will please everybody!
Store in the fridge, wrapped in cheese paper, and consume within a few days.
