Cheese Type: Uncooked, Pressed blue veins cheese

Tomme de Chèvre Grise au Bleu is an absolutely unique product. The combination of the Dutch-style goat cheeses, with the blue ‘French’ veins makes this an irresistible cheese. Martin van Iperen, the cheesemaker of Dutch origin, used ancestral techniques from his native country that he adapted on this goat cheese that he has been refining in the cellars of Berry in France since 2005.

Tomme de Chèvre Grise au Bleu has a supple white paste, with beautiful blue mould lines and a grey rind. The sweetness of this goat milk cheese is delicately enhanced by the unique taste of blue. A perfect harmony between robustness and delicacy.
Try this cheese on a cheeseboard with some crackers and cold cuts.
Store it in the fridge and eat it within its consumption dates.

  1. Robinson Spinner

Bon mix entre chèvre et bleu.

  2. Nicolas Guyon

The texture is firm yet slightly crumbly, and the flavor is a fantastic blend of tangy goat cheese and sharp blue cheese.

  3. Paul C

This is a rather nice blue cheese. The paste is less crumbly and drier than most blues, and the balance of blue and goat flavours is good.
