Tomme des Croquants pays tribute to the ‘Croquants’, peasants who took up arms to oppose the heavy taxes and feudal rights during the 16th century.
Created by Frederic Villefer following a traditional production method, this delicate Tomme has a milky supple and elastic paste. Sparkled with black truffles flakes through its paste, it offers fruity notes and delicated truffle flavours.
