The name of this cheese is not related to the animal but to a Saint, Saint Bear of Aosta. A priest and hermit, he lived in the 6th century and worked extensively in the Aosta Valley. As rich and authentic taste, with aroma of hazelnut, it will please lovers of cheeses of character.
