The Comté aged 18 months has a slightly fruity taste with a soft and creamy paste. The older the Comté, the stonger the flavour, so this Comté is much lighter than the Comté aged 24, 30 or 36 months. Comté has the highest production of all French AOC cheese, it is also one of our best sellers!
