The cheese is matured in Berry, in the heart of France, but it originally came from Holland. Dutch cheese maturer Martin van Iperen brings this famous cow’s milk cheese from his native country and mature it while adding the finishing touch: premium summer truffles.
Tomme du Berry has deliciously subtle flavours, with a well-balanced combination of truffles and a beautiful white paste made from raw cow’s milk. Its texture is supple and tender, melting in the mouth.
This cheese is a real delight as an aperitif, cut into small cubes with a glass of Champagne for a fancy experience.
Store it in the fridge and eat it within its consumption dates.
