Produced by Fabrice Sznajder from Chèvrerie de Ventadour located in Moustier-Ventadour in the Corrèze, Tommette de Ventadour is a small and round farmhouse raw goat’s milk cheese. Lightly salted with a natural thin rind, its unctuous and creamy white paste offers a clean goatty aroma.
