Les Menigottes can age for a few years and will reveal secondary flavours of gingerbread and underbrush.
Aging one year in oak barrels, this process, along with a floral and pepper aroma, gives complexity to this wine. The result is an oaky varietal wine with subtles hints of gingerbread. A great pairing with meat and sauce dishes especially lamb, and hard cheeses like pecorino, cheddar or parmigiano.
