The Touraine AOC Méthode Traditionnelle from Domaine Plou & Fils carries a remarkable heritage, with the Plou family having cultivated vines since 1508, a legacy that has been passed down from father to son for over five centuries .

This sparkling wine is crafted using the traditional method, undergoing a secondary fermentation in the bottle to develop its fine, persistent bubbles and complex character, just as the family have perfected over generations . The taste is an elegant expression of the Loire Valley, revealing a pale gold colour with a delicate mousse. On the nose, it offers subtle aromas of white flowers, green apple, and fresh brioche, leading to a crisp, well balanced palate with vibrant acidity and a refined, lingering finish.
