While initially pursuing a legal career, Cristina’s profound passion for Nebbiolo and her forward-thinking business perspective led her to take on challenges at every level. She ventured into a land she deeply understood, tending to demanding, steep-sloped vineyards in the Alpine setting. This vertical terrain rewards those with unwavering commitment and a passion-driven spirit of sacrifice.
Pale ruby, dry red wine. Strong and structured tannins with pronounced aromas of red cherry, raspberries, plum, some cedar, vanilla, herbaceous and other earthy notes on the palate.
This wine pairs very well with matured cheeses (Old Parmigiano-Reggiano, Comte Extra Vieux) and cured meat.
