Chilled on his own, or as a mixer in cocktail, this Prosecco is very pleasant both ways.
Obtained by the vinification of Glera grapes, with pearly straw yellow colour, it reveals notes of apple and pear. Light-bodied but firm, the hint of citrus makes this Prosecco very easy to drink. Characteristic and fruity, it gives an elegant lift to creamy cheese such as Brie, or young hard cheeses like Parmesan or Pecorino.
Whilst this Prosecco contains Glera grape uniquely, up to ten different grapes can be used to create this famous Italian bubbly, enjoyed worldwide as an apéritif or in a cocktail.
