This cheese is unique in the UK as the only large-format Brie-style variety available. It is meticulously produced on the farm using the freshest milk sourced from Jonny’s Montbéliarde cow herd.
Beneath its nutty, mushroom-infused rind, Baron Bigod unveils a luscious, golden center that occasionally cascades over a delicate, vibrant core with hints of freshness and citrus.
Pair it with walnuts, fruits and a glass of sparkling wine or cider.
Store in the fridge, wrapped in cheese paper, and consume within a few days.
