In the Jousseaume family, the production of goat cheeses is a tradition mastered over three generations. Their excellent quality of cheese has been awarded by many national and international competitions.
Their Goat Mousse (‘mousse de chèvre’ in french) is a freshly battered goat cheese with a creamy texture. It has a very white paste, and its texture is smooth and light.
In the mouth, expect a soft and silky cheese with delicate goat flavours and a slight saltiness.
Mousse de chèvre is perfect with vegetables, as a light aperitif or on toast for a fresh snack!
