The honey and clover cheese is a pasteurized cow’s milk Tomme to which is added a mixture of honey and rosemary, coated with dried clover flowers. Ideal for gourmet and original aperitifs. A surprising flavour and a slightly spicy taste. A Côtes du Rhône would be a perfect pairing with it!
